I like Cuisinart products in general, have used them for many years because of quality and competitive prices. This knife lives up to their reputation. Small enough to be used for many tasks that a larger knife would be clumsy for and very sharp. Also sharpens well to a very keen edge. Light enough to handle easily.

My wife and I loved this knife, until today. Today my wife felt well enough to cook and this is her absolute favorite knife due to weight and balance. She has bad arthritis and her hands often cannot use most knives. Today it flew thru dicing onions, celery, and bell peppers. Then she had to stir the chili and asked me to smash the cloves of garlic with the side of the knife. It snapped in half on the first smash! I could not find my receipt and cannot find the warranty, even online.
